These terms govern your use of Webwise Digital Solutions websites, forms, WhatsApp communication, audits, consultations, automation systems and related services. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide business websites, lead capture, WhatsApp automation, review systems, CRM workflows, consulting and related digital services. The exact scope, fees, dates and support terms for paid work are set out in the proposal, order or agreement accepted by the client.
Business information
You must provide accurate, current information and keep account or contact details secure. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for any data, content, customer list, brand asset or account access you provide to us.
WhatsApp communication
By giving us your WhatsApp number and opting in, you agree to receive relevant replies, service updates, reminders and, where separately agreed, marketing messages. Message or data charges may apply. You can opt out of marketing by replying “STOP”. Essential service messages may continue while we provide an active service.
Acceptable use
You must not use our website or services to break the law, send spam, mislead users, impersonate others, infringe rights, upload harmful code, collect data without authority, create fake reviews or breach Meta, WhatsApp or other platform rules. We may pause or end access where use creates legal, security, platform or reputation risk.
Payments and cancellation
Fees, taxes, billing dates, renewals, refunds and cancellation rights are governed by the accepted proposal or service agreement. Unless that document states otherwise, paid work starts after payment is received and fees for completed work are not refundable.
Third-party platforms
Our services may connect with Meta, WhatsApp, QuickReply, n8n, Google, Zoho, Vercel, Razorpay and other providers. Their own terms apply. We do not control their availability, policy changes, account reviews, suspensions or outages.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in our methods, templates, code, processes and pre-existing materials. Clients retain rights in their own brand assets and data. Ownership or licence terms for custom deliverables are set out in the accepted proposal or agreement.
No guaranteed results
We work to agreed professional standards, but do not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, reviews, revenue or approval by any third-party platform. Results depend on market conditions, client input, customer behaviour and platform rules.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or third-party platform action. Our total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the fees paid for that service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and termination
We may update these terms to reflect service, law or platform changes. We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use or security risk. Terms that by nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
