Data Deletion

You can ask Webwise Digital Solutions to delete personal data linked to your website enquiry, customer record or WhatsApp communication. This page gives the steps required for Meta and WhatsApp Business users.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address linked to your enquiry or account. If your request relates to WhatsApp, include the phone number in full international format.
  2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request. State that you want your data deleted and name the Webwise service or WhatsApp conversation involved.
  3. We may ask for limited details to verify your identity and prevent an unauthorised deletion.
  4. We will confirm receipt, process valid requests within 30 days and email you when deletion is complete. We will explain any lawful exception.

What we will delete

Where applicable, we will delete your contact details, website form data, CRM record, WhatsApp message content and related service records from systems we control. We will also instruct relevant processors to delete data where required and technically available.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited data where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, security or regulatory duties. We may also retain a minimal suppression record so we can respect an opt-out. Any retained data will be restricted to that purpose and deleted when the duty ends.

WhatsApp messages on your device

Deleting data from our systems does not remove messages stored in your own WhatsApp account or device. You can delete those messages within WhatsApp. Meta and WhatsApp handle data held on their systems under their own policies and tools.
